The following terms and conditions apply to E-Gift Cards purchased on Rebornartdoll®. Last updated on January 5, 2022

1.Rebornartdoll® E-Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. At the end of the expiration date, the gift card will not be redeemable.

2.Rebornartdoll® E-Gift Cards can only be purchased online at www.minibabydolls.com.

3.Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered E-Gift Card will require an additional payment for the balance due.

4.To redeem your E-Gift Card online, you will need the e-Gift Card PIN number. If your E-Gift Card does not have a PIN number, please contact our Customer Service Department on service@rebornartdoll.com

5.The E-Gift Card PIN number will be delivered via e-mail. To ensure delivery, please add service@rebornartdoll.com to your address book.

6.Once the E-Gift Card has been purchased, it will be sent to the email address that you have entered in your order. If you do not receive a PIN number for your E-Gift Card, it may be because:

• You have entered an incorrect email address when purchasing a gift card. Please contact our Customer Service Department to confirm and change your email address.
• Your inbox is full. Please ensure you have sufficient space in your inbox, then contact our Customer Service Department to resend.
• Our emails have been blocked by your mailbox. Please add service@rebornartdoll.com to your whitelist, then contact our Customer Service Department to resend.

7.E-Gift Card orders are subject to processing and review. Please allow 0-5 business day for an E-Gift Card e-mail delivery.

8.Rebornartdoll® E-Gift Cards are non-resellable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash, Unless otherwise provided by law.

9.E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards.

10.Rebornartdoll® is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorised E-Gift Cards.
